Bonding with his father, Stefano learned how to cook by making meals and creating memories for his family every weekend.
When Stefano was 15 years old he started working alongside his father at his restaurant in Stockholm, Sweden. After working at prestigious restaurants around the world, he opened Caos Italia in Marbella to take it back to the roots of authentic Italian cuisine.
